Outside the sliding doors of the lower level is a cement patio and there is a wood balcony extending from the first floor rear. For outdoor enjoyment and relaxation there is a charcoal grill, café table/chair set and numerous outdoor chairs. The property provides direct access through a beautifully wooded and landscaped park-like setting to a private boat dock on a quiet no-wake cove. There is a private tennis court, children’s play set, picnic tables, and lakefront viewing/fishing platforms on the grounds also.
